NAIM ministries has recently decided to sell a 400 acre property after a strategic re-evaluation of our ministry objectives and methodology. We have owned this well-located property in the foothills of the Rockies in Southern Alberta for the last ten years and have been steadily developing it into a full season camp and retreat centre, particularly with First Nations ministry in mind. It can accommodate overnight groups as large as 140 or a variety of smaller groups in a combination of insulated cabins, a 12-plex motel style building and several houses. A large log lodge with dining room and meeting hall anchors the property which also includes a stocked lake and access to extensive adjacent Crown land suitable for wilderness camping programs.
Our desire is that this property be sold to a Christian ministry that is able to continue to develop and make use of the property for Kingdom purposes. The asking price, based on a recent appraisal, is 3.6 million Canadian dollars. This brochure includes a description of the various buildings on the property and several photos.
If your organization has an interest, please call and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have. Alternately, if you know of another Christian group that may be interested, please feel free to forward this information to them and kindly copy us so we’re aware of their potential interest. At this time we are not advertising this sale publicly, but are offering it to organizations focused on Christian ministry.
In Christ,
