Position Overview: Reporting and working closely with the Ministry Director, the Program Manager would facilitate the smooth running of day-to-day camp operations. Duties may include staff supervision and delegation of responsibilities, staff evaluations, instructing and leading staff with regards to camp skills and policies as well as spiritual leadership, planning and preparing activity areas, staff and camper follow-up.
Key Qualifications: Strong Christian faith and values, Bible knowledge, and a Christ-centred attitude are required. An energetic personality and a love of children and youth is a must.
